Reporting an overview of student activity

To check up on how your students are using TYP you can get an overview of their activity for anyone of your classes. Go to the My Classes area and click on one of your classes. Then choose the Students page as shown below:

By default you get a picture of all the students who have joined the class and clikcing on students from here allows to access their details individually. But to get an overviw then use that table icon in the far-right of the page (just below Print Students):

Clicking on that table icon will switch the view of the students to a tabulated list including information about when each student last accessed TYP.

Notice the middle column also includes the date of their latest Learning Log entry. For a Log entry to be listed in the table then the student must have completed at least one of either the targets or the "What I learnt last week box". It won't be counted if they have simply used the performance stars.

Click on the date for a students Log Entry to see what the student has written for their targets and ratings for that week.
