You can quickly view who is (and who is not) writing their Learning Logs by going to the Students tab under one of your Classes.
A single glance across the page shows the students highlighted who have completed their Learning Log for either the past week or the current week. If a particular student is not highlighted in colour then simply the date of their most recent entry for the Learning Log is shown in grey.
To view what a student has written, including their targets for the week, then simply click on the date for that Learning Log entry.
